We are a group of visually impaired and blind people from across the county facilitated by a business support officer at LCC. Also attending our meetings are County Councillors, statutory services, service providers, sight loss and other organisations.
We were established in 2004 to share our wide range of knowledge and experience with others, working together with an aim to help improve services that impact members of the visually impaired and blind community in Lancashire.
